Transactional License Program discount levels
TLP is a transactional, or one-time, volume licensing program available worldwide. For every eligible order of a new or upgrade Adobe or Macromedia software license, or of an Upgrade Plan, participants receive points. The discount level is based on each transaction’s total point value.

Contractual license program discount levels
CLP is a membership-based licensing program that allows participants to purchase Adobe products and certain Macromedia products in volume at cumulative discount levels over a two-year period. The initial CLP purchase sets the discount level; all additional purchases can help program members earn deeper discounts.
