Installation & Startup services
HP Services offers complete installation and implementation support — including global rollout capabilities — to get your ProLiant-based rack solution up-and-running rapidly, with minimal business disruption. Coverage encompasses all HP racks and rack options, as well as ProLiant hardware, storage, Microsoft and Linux operating software and the ProLiant Essentials software environment.
Hardware support
Now you can cover all the options installed in your rack with a single convenient service package.
HP Care Pack services for rack-mounted ProLiant DL servers, storage systems or HP BladeSystem enclosures provide support for all HP-branded hardware options qualified for inclusion in your server at the time of purchase or afterwards. In addition, 22-inch and smaller external monitors, tower units and UPS options not exceeding 12 kVA, KVM switch, console PDU and any additional HP-qualified rack options installed within the same rack are covered at the same service level and for the same period as the server. Coverage of UPS batteries is not included.
These HP Care Pack Services help increase uptime and productivity with rapid-response support on a 24x7 or 13x5 basis.

Bring your 3 phase UPS solution on line quickly and efficiently with expert HP installation services. And improve uptime, performance and reliability with HP support options that provide cost-effective access to as-needed problem resolution assistance.
HP Modular Cooling System services
The HP Modular Cooling System offers innovative self-cooled racks for high-density server deployments in your data center. Convenient HP Care Pack services streamline system implementation and provide rapid-response support.
- Installation service — Helps ensure that your new HP Modular Cooling System is installed smoothly, efficiently and with minimal disruption of your IT and business operations.
- On-site support services — Support-level options include next business day; 13x5 coverage with 4-hour response; and 24x7 coverage with your choice of 4-hour response or 6-hour call-to-repair service.
Dynamic Smart Cooling Services
HP support for advanced HP Dynamic Smart Cooling Base Station and Energy Management technology is integral to data center energy efficiency optimization.
