  • HP ValuPack Consulting Services- pre-packaged consulting developed in response to customer requests and crafted to meet your support requirements and complement your HP support agreement

  • Short-Term Consulting- short-term (usually two weeks or less) consulting custom-tailored to your specific needs; detailed Statements of Work are typically completed within days of receiving your request

  • Per Event Software Support- system and system management support on hundreds of multivendor software products from desktops to clustered environments

  • User Application Support- technical information and usage assistance encompassing some 130 desktop applications

  • Hardware Support Services  -  total lifecycle support for HP and many other leading vendors' products - including a wide range of proven preventive, diagnostic and remedial services
