Overview

HP fully supports, certifies, and sells SUSE Linux Enterprise Server (SLES) for HP Integrity servers. SUSE® Linux Enterprise Server empowers businesses to leverage Linux and open source by delivering a scalable, high-performance foundation for secure enterprise computing. Any of HP's offerings of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server can now be conveniently purchased with an HP Integrity server. All HP offerings of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server are sold with a customer selectable HP Services support package.

HP offers SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 (SLES 10) for sale with HP Integrity servers. SLES 10 is designed to handle mission-critical workloads and comes with integrated virtualization, application security and systems management across the full range of hardware architectures.

What's new

HP Integrity Virtual Machines (HP Integrity VM) 3.5 now supports SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 Service Pack 1. Integrity VM is a soft partitioning and virtualization technology within HP Virtual Server Environment, which enables you to create multiple virtual servers or machines within a single HP Integrity server.
