All items that deliver an e-delivery product must ship electronically to use the B707 Tax Class Code. Both license and media must be e-delivered. For example, neither an electronic license and physical media combination nor a physical license and electronic media combination will qualify.

What downloads are offered through SW Depot? (Why aren’t all products offered through SW Depot?)

An assortment of hard-to-find items is offered on SW Depot for convenience. The OE’s are not sold through SW Depot due to the need to provide discounts, to correctly size the licenses, and to include support services in a typical OE order.
