Speaker biography

Bruce Henderson is currently an R&D section manager in the Fort Collins UNIX Systems Lab. His Software Deployment section is responsible for SD (Software Distributor), Ignite-UX, Update-UX, DRD (Dynamic Root Disk), and SWA (Software Assistant). Enabling customer and developer migration to HP-UX 11i v3 is one of the strategic focus areas of his team.

Bruce has held a variety of positions in his 25 plus years at Hewlett Packard. These include software engineer, software architect, program manager, and various management roles.

He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and has done his graduate work in Computer Science at UC Berkeley.
