To determine what version of PRM you have, enter the following command:
# what /opt/prm/bin/prmconfig

1. Read each patch's installation instructions
Each patch comes with a .txt file named using the patch number. For example, patch PHSS_26845 has a file named PHSS_26845.txt. Be sure to read the "Special Installation Instructions" section of the .txt file for each patch you are going to install.
2. Shut down PRM:
# prmconfig -r
After installing patches
Restart PRM:
# prmconfig -e [-f configfile]
