Increasingly, work happens beyond the office and outside of business hours. And while employees are on the road or away from their desks, they need to print to stay productive—which means they need new ways to print.

With the free app, it’s easy to find a public location where you can print from your smartphone.1 If your phone supports GPS functionality, the app can even find and show participating public HP ePrint Mobile Print Locations near you, enabling you to print files with just a few clicks.

Maintain confidentiality

After submitting your print request, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a release code for you to enter at the HP ePrint Mobile Print Location. This allows you to pick up your document securely when you arrive.

You can print on the go from supported smartphones to thousands of HP ePrint Mobile Print Locations, including print-and-copy retail stores, hotels, airport lounges, and more.1

Public Mobile Print Locations include:
  • Thousands of FedEx Office stores

  • Select Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges
  • Other print locations powered by PrinterOn®

Many Mobile Print Locations are powered by PrinterOn. With HP ePrint and the PrinterOn network of public printers—called PrintSpots®—you’ll be able to print where life and business take you.

Pricing is set by individual print locations.

To take advantage of the thousands of public HP ePrint Mobile Print Locations, download the app at BlackBerry App WorldTM or the iPhone App Store.

As additional HP ePrint Mobile Print Locations become available, they will show up automatically in the directory of printers in the app on your smartphone.

Please note that each public HP ePrint Mobile Print Locations has its own pricing policy. The availability of public HP ePrint locations varies.

Usage of HP ePrint service app at mobile print locations requires Internet- and email-capable BlackBerry® smartphone OS 4.5 or newer, iPhone® 3G or newer, iPad® and iPod Touch® (2nd gen) devices running iOS 4.2 or later, or Android® devices running version 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3, with separately purchased wireless Internet service, and the HP ePrint service app. Availability and cost of printing varies by mobile print location. Solution works with PCL5/6, PCL3, PCL3GUI printers (HP and non-HP).
