This page lists tools that are available from HP and our Software Partners to aid developers for HP PA-RISC and Alpha platforms. For the availability of similar tools for HP Intel® Itanium® platforms, please send an e--mail.
This page describes the tools in three areas:
|

Software development
Researchers, engineers and other technical developers of scientific codes have access to a wide range of software development tools available on the HP HPC platforms, including compilers, debuggers, performance analyzers, and libraries of general, mathematical, and scientific routines. Users of multiple processor systems (SMP systems or clusters) have a range of advanced tools for parallelizing their codes to make best use of the resources available.
For details of software development tools and libraries from HP and third-party software vendors, see the HPC Applications Development Environment page.
