What’s the advantage? |

When you visit an HP & Oracle Technology Center, you bring your entire data and application stacks. We set up environments that will simulate how you will be able to achieve the performance goals set forth in the pilots. For example:
- One recent customer wanted to see how HP was going to take them from 800,000 transactions per second to three million transactions per second. Thanks to the joint work of the Technology Center, we were actually able to shift and try different combinations of hardware and storage and backplanes to achieve that level of performance.
- The latest addition to the Reading, UK and Atlanta, GA Technology Centers features a demonstration showing Oracle 10g Real Application Clusters and Application Server in an HP environment running Linux. Quite simply, no other platform partner for Oracle has the technical breadth and depth to do that level of work with Oracle.
