The HP Enterprise Mobility Suite includes client and server software leveraging industry standard protocols conforming to both the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Device Management (DM) and Download specifications. HP has enhanced its own implementation of OMA DM for a more comprehensive feature set offered as part of the iPAQ environment and through a downloadable client that can also support the native device management clients from leading handset manufacturers. The server component is the HP Enterprise Mobility Manager; the client component is the HP Enterprise Mobility Agent.
