eligibility requirements

In order to qualify for HP's indemnification offer, customers must:

purchase a Linux distribution directly from HP or purchase HP copies of a Linux distribution (i.e. HP part number) from an HP authorized reseller
run the Linux operating system solely on HP hardware
not use or modify the source code
purchase standard or premium service contracts for Linux support from HP
execute the HP Linux indemnity agreement
