The customer needed a multi-device portal and content delivery platform to enable the delivery of content to multiple types of subscriber devices.
Solution overview
This implementation, with partners Documentum, Autonomy, and Volantis, provided the customer with a total solution from the submission of content to presentation of that content on the device.
The solution provided the following:
Content personalization - Autonomy
Device rendering to enable the content to be tailored to the device on which it is displayed. - Volantis
Integration with and customization of an existing content download server
Results
The solution was quickly deployed in the operator's environment and integrated with the customer's Service Delivery Platform.
