HP and Symas Corporation have combined to offer enhanced OpenLDAP solutions based on HP industry standard hardware and software platforms using OpenLDAP and Symas’ Connexitor Directory Services (CDS). OpenLDAP is advanced open source directory technology, and is one of the more popular open source projects to provide necessary directory services in an enterprise environment. Symas Connexitor software is a complete directory and authentication services package that is powered by OpenLDAP and is packaged for easy installation including all the dependent additional packages necessary for installation.
