Integration services

SAP CRM can be used with SAP ERP solutions or without any other SAP solutions. This gives you three integration possibilities, each with specific requirements.

Pure SAP environment – SAP CRM is integrated with other SAP solutions using CRM middleware. Standard interfaces are used for data exchange. The logistics chain is controlled by demand. Processes in both the front office and the back office can be seamlessly integrated.

Mixed environment with ERP – SAP CRM is integrated with applications other than SAP ERP. The data is collated from the heterogeneous system landscape, including SAP, on a central information platform.

Mixed environment without ERP – SAP CRM is deployed without ERP integration, supporting data transfers and continuous data exchange with applications from other vendors.  Data can be loaded to the CRM system through open interfaces and integration with SAP CRM.
