The Services Marketplace provides the ability through programs and tools to discover, investigate and create services.  In the Services Marketplace value added 3rd party services providers are able to register their services and operators are able to query and qualify services in an easy and cost effective manner.

Service Delivery Platform
At the heart of the Services Marketplace is the HP technology that allows service providers to launch the innovative services easily and cost-effectively.  This takes place through the HP Service Delivery Platform (SDP) which is HP's blueprint for developing, provisioning, and deploying standards-based end-user services.
