Teaming for Success

Launched in 1998, HP and Accenture developed the Teaming for Success methodology to improve our collaborative relationship and benefit clients.  With over 1200 client wins, we have achieved an outstanding record of success.  

This methodology was developed through years of collaboration, and greatly increases our ability to identify, approach, and respond to our clients’ needs. The value to our client teams includes:

Facilitation – Facilitators manage the teaming relationship through  briefing client teams on the strengths and capabilities of each organization, scheduling and conducting meetings, along with defining and developing opportunities, roles and responsibilities and resources required.

Navigation – Facilitators navigate both companies’ solutions and industry organizations to identify contacts and appropriate resources.

Initiatives – Facilitators enable joint client teams to leverage alliance initiatives.

Technical support – Consultants from each company assist client teams in architecting solutions and resolving technical issues, providing a linkage to technical resources and competency centers.

Strategic investments - Special funding for technology or training can be leveraged for key opportunities.
